FDABridge (“FDABridge”, “we”, “our”, “us”) operates the website fdabridge.com and provides FDA registration services for foreign exporters. This Privacy Policy describes what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us directly
- Contact details: name, company name, email address, phone number, country.
- Application data: facility address, facility type, product categories, DUNS number, authorized signatory details, and any other information you enter in our application forms.
- Payment information: handled directly by Stripe. We do not store card numbers.
Information collected automatically
- Browser type, referring URL, pages visited, and time on site (via standard web analytics).
- IP address and approximate geographic location.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To process your FDA registration application and file on your behalf with the FDA.
- To send you order confirmations and status updates.
- To respond to your inquiries sent through the contact form or by email.
- To improve our website and services based on aggregate usage data.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Third-Party Services
- Stripe — payment processing. Your card details are handled by Stripe and subject to their privacy policy.
- Sanity — content management for our blog. No personal data is stored in Sanity.
- US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) — we submit your facility and product information directly to the FDA as part of the service you have purchased.
4. Data Retention
We retain your application data for as long as your FDA registration is active and for a minimum of five years thereafter to satisfy regulatory recordkeeping requirements. You may request deletion of non-regulatory data at any time (see Section 6).
5. Security
We use TLS encryption for all data in transit. Access to application data is restricted to team members who need it to process your registration. No system is completely secure; please contact us immediately at info@fdabridge.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your country of residence, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@fdabridge.com with the subject line “Privacy Request”. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Cookies
Our website uses only essential cookies required for the site to function. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work correctly if you do.
8. Children
Our services are intended for business use only. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18.
